In association with the Physics Department at Sam Houston State University, the 2023 Mitchell Conference on Collider, Dark Matter, and Neutrino Physics will be held from May 16-19 at the George P. and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Institute for Fundamental Physics and Astronomy, Texas A&M University. The conference will focus on recent developments in the fields of collider, dark matter, and neutrino physics. The conference will be attended by experimental and theoretical experts from these fields, and plenty of time will be allocated for interaction, discussion, and collaboration. This workshop is funded in part by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
Travel Information
Easterwood Airport (CLL) is located only 2 miles from campus and offers daily flights from/to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
You may also wish to consider flying into Houston-area airports (George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH); William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and complete the rest of the journey (100 miles) by rental car or airport shuttle. You can arrange shuttle service to and from Houston airports with GroundShuttle.

The hotel we have booked for the conference is The George Hotel in College Station. It is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel to the Mitchell Institute, or you may request an Uber or taxi service to campus if needed.

Please provide your dates of arrival and departure through the conference registration page by April 14th. We will make lodging arrangements and provide the hotel with visitors details, so individuals do not need to get in touch with the hotel prior to arrival. You will be sent your lodging confirmation before the workshop.

Note: Lodging arrangements will only be made for invited speakers and only covered for the duration of the conference (Monday arrival, Friday departure).
